My sutures havent combined yet surprisingly even though they usually do at 16 but my question is if its too late to do a regular expander or do i need to get something like sarpe now, ive been hardmewing and thumbpulling as a coping mechanism to try and prevent my sutures from combining while in the process of getting consultations with orthos but that’ll take a while. So my question is can i just get a expander? Might buy one onlinr for cheaper if its the case but im worried they might combine midway through slowly expanding.
