- I´m 16 years old, 176 cm, 60 kg. Not sure how my face rates, probably around LMTN.
- Main flaws: infraorbital / upper maxilla recession, short nose (makes philtrum look long comparativeley), tall chin (not really a flaw but unbalances thirds because of my short ramus).
- Slight diagnosed malocclusion, mostly compensated by top teeth tilting forward, so side profile just looks recessed.
- I think I’d look much better with more ramus and wider gonial distance.
- Starting 6 IU GH + aromatase inhibitors, and in the future, considering a nose lengthening rhinoplasty and a double jaw with infraorbital and ramus implants. Open to suggestions for softmaxing, hardmaxing, or PEDs to maximize bone growth
