16yo knee pain

so im 5’7 and yesterday i was playing basketball with some friends and i haven’t really played in a while but i wasnt trying at all and randomly my right knee starts hurting but now im starting to feel my other knee hurting too, its right below my knee where my shinbone meets my knee. any ideas on why this could be?
also im gonna be starting mk tomorrow 12.5mg for 2 months because im a skinny bitch so i need to put on some weight

it might be cause i havent felt growing pains in a while and ive always been a short fuck and recently i realized since i dont drink milk or most of dairy products besides cheese and hella other vegetables nd fruits (due to ARFID) i wasnt getting enough of my minerals or vitamins but couple months ago i started taking d3+k2 calcium and magnesium everyday
