Any advice besides diet and exercise. I already have a routine and diet plan losing 1lb (0.4kg) daily weight I can post it if anybody wants to see it paid $90 for that shit but it works later on I’ll post the progress just not now don’t want somebody from school finding this and shitting on me after posting my thread tomorrow I’ll post a more recent video and a before picture of how my acne looked already know Reta is a cheat code but what else can I stack with it and thoughts on me using hgh and doing a diy subcision peptides im thinking of are ghkcu, reta, hgh, oxytocin and L carnitine

1. you're fat as shit, lose weight lardass 2. take care of those acne scars, do subcision, co2 laser, chemical peeling (as strong as theyll let you) 3. shave those pubes off your face. after this you might make it to lltn

you also have low potential for hardmaxxing imo, but you'll know more once youre not a fat faggot anymore. only hardmaxx that would work is a skull transplant

You are not losing 1lb per day unless it is water weight in which you will very quickly stagnate.
To lose 1lb/day means you'd need to be in a 3500kcal deficit DAILY, so you would effectively need to not eat food and then probably do cardio as well.
