You're in a tough spot, man, but there is always hope. Gymmaxx is a must even if you are negative PSL and you are still going trough puberty so make use of that HGH and IGF-1 levels. Parallel with that, look for ways to moneymaxx - part-time job if you're still in school is a good start. Try to set yourself for a good higher education in a well-paying area, start researching universities, grants etc. You will need the resources in order to get the 1-2 OP's you require - thats mainly for eye area and zygos/jaw.

Groom yourself and watch your hair for norwooding, those are the default.
