Groom yourself and watch your hair for norwooding, those are the default.

Your biggest problem is your shit lower third and not that good eye area plus falios like lips and nose. Your biggest priority right now should be to do surgery to either your eye area or lower third, one of them two is a must for you because those two are the most important things together with the maxila on the face. After you fix at least one of the two then you should try to fix your nose or lips, they are failos

If you want to get a girl or some sort of girl your best bet is literally to take steroids and start going to the gym hardcore. I don't think most people should take steroids because it's bad for your health and it's not necessary most the time but in your case you NEED them forsure if you want to find any girl.
