For reference:
First pic was with a decent tan + lean + consistent sleep and good habit during summer

Other pics taken during the school year with bad sleep and posture habits

Looking for advice on ascension. Would neck gains be a good idea? Also, considering trying HGH or Ibutamoren. Would I see positive results with that in terms of bone growth or general dimorphism? Does anybody have advice on fixing high-fat deposits under the neck? Even when I'm lean, still seem to have a slight turkey neck. Finally, can I achieve any forward growth with a technique like thumbpulling? If not, are there other techniques that would achieve forward growth?
 
hltn, id say try to keep the tan with mt-1 during this winter-spring time and start getting more sleep, its the best way to SoftMax growth during developmental period. Keep going to the gym and make sure to emphasize traps/vertical shrugs. Most "techniques" like unimpaling are cope and wont do anthing except ive heard chin tucks can be useful if dont regularly and consistently. Aslo use shampoo or get a diff haricut

yeah honestly if you try to stay tan, consistently go to the gym paired with proper nutrition and keep a good haircut, you could def be hmtn
