First pic was with a decent tan + lean + consistent sleep and good habit during summer
Other pics taken during the school year with bad sleep and posture habits
Looking for advice on ascension. Would neck gains be a good idea? Also, considering trying HGH or Ibutamoren. Would I see positive results with that in terms of bone growth or general dimorphism? Does anybody have advice on fixing high-fat deposits under the neck? Even when I'm lean, still seem to have a slight turkey neck. Finally, can I achieve any forward growth with a technique like thumbpulling? If not, are there other techniques that would achieve forward growth?
