because ai is very easy to overdose as a guy, too much ai will lower oestrogen levels too low- when your e2 levels are too low you plates will cause prematurely and will overall harm your growth and make you shorter, and also terrible severe side effects that are agonising. oestrogen is necessary for growth and lots of functions . Best to get bloodwork and try to stay around somewhere within 12-18 pg/ml
