Good, although I would say don't go above that range. Most average height guys I know look taller and more aesthetically pleasing with slim bodies.
I naturally have a lot of muscle in my body. Even though I can lift more than my body weight without that much training, I don't focus on that. Instead I do mostly cardio with only a little bit of weight lifting. I'd prefer to be lean and toned as opposed to ripped and muscle-bound.

You aren't strictly a 5'10" guy as you measure below that mark even in the morning. There are three types of 5'10" guys imo. Strong, solid and weak. The min height to qualify as a weak 5'10" would be like 177 cm at night as you would probably measure exactly at the 5'10" mark during lunch time.

Excluding ethnics and dwarves etc. Average for young upper class white guys in a london club is prolly at least 6 feet. Height can be frauded though with lifts so it is fine I guess.
