No, not that you look like a pussy or smt, but it's obvious that you won't do it. Maybe you will hop on, cus its pretty easy and cheap, but those surgeries are 1. not even worth it, and 2. I would consider the growth more. If your plates are still open, take a hgh in high dose and maybe anastrozole to delay the closure of your growth plates a little longer. Because 5'10 isn't optimal, even if you would be chad. I don't care what other guys on here rate you, I would give you htm. Your nose is bad, but that's your only big flaw.
If i am in the position where i can afford these surgeries and the recovery, what would be the downside to a bimax then?
