18 need advice , 50k budget

Trying to build a plan and need advice. Open to anything except things that have a positive effect on the short term but negative on the long term.

What I have:
50k current operating budget (more being made)
a lot of time (am freshly 18, school ez, money not tied to time)
no parental supervision
no emotions at this point (will stick to plan and will not be prone to not being locked in cause of pathetic reasons)
I have an overbite,

also need advice on what type of nuance needs to be considered when setting a goal. i want appeal > psl?
I will document everything if engagement is of quality.

The problem of his nose is not his shape but his maxilla is recessed that give a droopy nose and give him a droopy nose
So the best is a lefort 1 surgery and I already say all the surgery needed in his post

My first advice would be to go to Korea for surgery. You want a surgeon who exclusively specialises on Asian people as their anatomy and aesthetics are quite different.

In your case, going to Korea and seeing surgeons for a rhinoplasty (with alar base reduction) and eyelid surgery is a good start.

Your lips are extremely small and your main priority should be trying to harmonise them with your face. As such reducing the alar base of the nose is crucial.

If you are happy to go for a kpop prettyboy look then jaw shaving honestly might be a decent option as a lower gonial width will also make the lips more harmonious. If done well, you can have a sharp jawline and a nice ogee curve.

But the main point is - please please please go to Asian surgeons who specialise with Asian patients - whether that’s Korea, Taiwan, Singapore etc.
