180° Orbital Box Osteotomy w/ Dr. Eppley

Dr. Eppley can apparently do it subcranially (no brain exposure/eliminates chance of death). Has anyone actually seen results from this?

I have a 42% ESR and .81 1 eye apart test so I am pretty desperate. Pretty much anything would be better.
