Your midface is extraordinarily long, and it can't be fixed to a significant extent with current surgical techniques.
Adding width to compensate length will not work out in your particular case, as your zygos are already quite broad, and just augmenting bigonial width would make your face look like a comical rectangle.

Ideally, you would want general proportions closer to these :

... and even then, the base wouldn't be the best to achieve very significant progress through surgical procedures (besides double eyelid surgery).


All things considered, while you could do a couple of hardmaxxes (e.g. double eyelid surgery, filtroplasty), I doubt it would truly change your quality of life. Therefore, I kindly advise you to focus on other things but looks, besides basic softmaxxing/healthmaxxing.

I've never seen such pronounced hairs on the nose before, it's very odd. You could definitely go get rid of those right now, not that it will be any kind of notable boost but it's an easy small thing at least. Mostly just pointing it out because they're very interesting, they just look so weird

In the meantime, you can do as someone else suggested in this thread : consult with a handful of South-Korean maxillofacial surgeons, and see if any reasonable surgical plan might make a difference you would be happy with. When you eventually get CBCT scans, feel free to share them here for additional feedback.
The "round baby face" you initially voiced your concern about is caused by a combination of facial fat distribution and poor/unideal skeletal development ; for instance, based on that 3/4 profile pic, your ramus is short, which does make the jaw look rounder from the front. If certain fat deposits really do bother you once your face has matured (~ early 20s), and persist despite being lean, then they could be targeted with fat dissolvers and liposuction (or buccal fat removal, specifically for the cheeks' fat pad). That said, proceed cautiously.
