Just worked very hard for across 2018. 3 intense workouts a week; 150-180 mins and around 3300-3800 calorie diet [205 protein intake roughly]

I did take a few breaks in between the year though and got ill multiple times...

Yessir. Eating clean but I have put quite a bit of fat though which was expected.

I take a few supplements, protein bars and Serious Mass Protein shake everyday aside from normal food.

Losing weight is part of the plan, I just had to build a solid base of muscle first because before I was a twig.

Will go on an intense cut around May 100% once I'm free to devote my all to it.
