19 y/o and basically havent grown in 5 years (any advice greatly appreciated)

I’m 5’10 and have been so since freshman year highschool. My dad is 6’1.5, mother is 5’6-7, and my little brother at age 16 is also 6’1.5.

I’m extremely healthy, physically fit and have been for the last few years. It might be possible I damaged my growth plates from years of powerlifting also I did abuse nicotine during puberty. Probably did not sleep like I should have either.

My current dilemma is deciding to hop on hgh or any other gh peptides. If there is any chance I can grow even an inch I will hop on but I also have dreams of a natty pro card in bodybuilding.

It feel like I can do nothing atp but not having a single growth spurt in years has me hoping I’m a late bloomer. Lmk if I have a chance or I’m just coping.

I hit one growth spurt during Covid and went into freshman year 5’9 and have grown one inch since then. My dad was a late bloomer in college because he was short in hs. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s over for me though
