19 y/o and basically havent grown in 5 years (any advice greatly appreciated)

I’m 5’10 and have been so since freshman year highschool. My dad is 6’1.5, mother is 5’6-7, and my little brother at age 16 is also 6’1.5.

I’m extremely healthy, physically fit and have been for the last few years. It might be possible I damaged my growth plates from years of powerlifting also I did abuse nicotine during puberty. Probably did not sleep like I should have either.

My current dilemma is deciding to hop on hgh or any other gh peptides. If there is any chance I can grow even an inch I will hop on but I also have dreams of a natty pro card in bodybuilding.

It feel like I can do nothing atp but not having a single growth spurt in years has me hoping I’m a late bloomer. Lmk if I have a chance or I’m just coping.
 
Start saving up for double LL
 
if you havent grown a single cm in 5 years then your growth plates are obviously closed...

Was hoping I was a late bloomer bc a few of my friends were much shorter than me and I thought it was over until they reached college and they are 6ft+. But yeah that makes total sense

I hit one growth spurt during Covid and went into freshman year 5’9 and have grown one inch since then. My dad was a late bloomer in college because he was short in hs. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s over for me though

Of course a natural federation lol. Although I may lack in height I will say I’m definitely genetically blessed and very hard working

Well many bodybuilders do lack in height lol, and I wouldn't say 5ft10 is really lacking too much of height, although in tall countries you will be considered short and most dudes will probably height mog you (yes I'm also 5ft10 and yes I do live in a tall country:lul:)

I’m very fortunate where I’m from so I hold my own around most of my peers
