The eye hooding tho is only nearly negative when I totally relax my face as if i was going to sleep
As for the nose and philtrum my guess would be th small recessed jaws
Also there’s very little teeth support for the lips

Honestly, the biggest problem is probably your nose length in relation to your philtrum. ideally, you'd want your nose to be shorter paired with an average philtrum

A jaw surgery + increasing your chins vertical length would help a lot. A nose job and lip reduction would be great as well
