My wheight and bf are really high, ig, im treating that. Focusing on the gym, calorie deficit, and cardio. Things that i should focus when i was 16 but my dumbass was lazy

What are my halos and flaws?

Did i change in less then a year?

Im probally going to start using Reta in October.
