1st "Cycle" Gyno problems

Well im on a 300 test e dose weekly and i take 10mg tamoxifen a day but i feel like my gyno iss getting bigger ( for the record i already had gyno from when i was 14). Should i up my tamoxifen dose?

Tamoxifen wont get rid of glandular gyno (which isn't a fatty deposit but a rock hard lump behind each nipple).

If you have breast gland there, the only way to remove it is surgically which is about $4k but very fast and you can usually go home on the same day.

True gyno rarely reoccurs but you can keep the risk to 0 after running tamo again after surgery.

in not looking to get rid of gyno (i mean i do but ik that surgery is the only option) . I am looking to not let it grow bigger , thats why im asking
