I listened to 10 minutes and I can't figure out what exactly he is selling, but I am sure he is breaking some securities or time share laws. On one hand he talks about how cheap it is to participate, on the other hand he brags about how a lot of high net worth people are going to be joining. It is the maintenance costs that make time share prohibitively expensive.
