2 day fast as a teen?

As my lifestyle of looksmaxxing has been so shit. I'm bloated, acne maxxed, hair quality shit and collagen ridden skin.

I am 16 and currently cutting for an event. I want to have a 2 day fast on sunday to get rid of any dysfunctional cells I have. I am in puberty. My question is, would ONE 2 day fast fuck anything up?

Don't fast or starve yourself during development tbh. Getting all the nutritions you need daily is very important. Obviously just doing it once for 2 days won't affect anything, but I'd advice against doing massive long cuts that span several months during development.

I'm eating in a very small deficit, I have something I wanna look great for.

Make sure you eat a lot of nutrition dense foods. ie food that's high in nutrition. Don't use your calories on sausages or choclate (literally negative amount of nutrition in that shit, you gain nothing from it (as far as nutrition goes), you only get calories from it).

Yeah I only eat meat, fruits, veggies, some potatoes and rice. Try to limit processed foods, I genrally have 2-3 a week.

That's good. If you cut during development, it's really important to not use your calories on foods that aren't rich in nutrients. Because if you do, it's just gonna hurt you in the end. Even if you're maintaing weight, it's not necessarily the easiest to get all the nutrition you really need. Now imagine if you're cutting on top of that ,and 500+ calories are going into foods that have no nutrition. Now you're all of a sudden in a 1k caloric deficit when it comes to nutrition. That's not good.

Obviously it's hard to maintain a strict regime like that. I'll admit, I'm not able to practice what I preach, but I'm also done developing. At my age, nutrition is still important, but not as important as it is during development.

Of course. It's only for about four weeks to get to sub 10% bf I'm 13,14% bf. I drop pounds fast as shit.

After that I'm going on a bulk and then eating normally after that.

it wouldn't fuck anything up but whats the point? just do some LDSS cardio and count your calories. you'll most likely end up pigging out after the fast and losing the progress you made. slow and steady, keep your protein high and don't restrict foods.
 
Yeah, doing cardio is really good actally, forgot about that. Burn calories, so you can eat more, and get all the nutrition you need. I think there's not just calories, and nutrition that is a problem with cutting though, but also the process of being in a caloric deficit might also be a bit harmful during development (but don't quote me on that).

The point is not to get lean but too get into autophagy. The theory is I have dysfunctional skin cells and that is what is causing the majority of my acne.

Fast for 2 days but take vitamins to retain bone density and collagen. Remember cortical remodelling adapts to mechanical stress, so exercising can help your bones stay strong. Osteoporosiscel = volcel

You want to fast to get rid of bloatedness as well? I think it could work. While fasting you should drink lots of water as well if you want to lessen the acne.
