did it so many times, lost 35kgs so far, back from a 1 month break
like every time I did it again
my face isn't as bloated anymore

lowcarb + omad is legit asf guys

low carb can even mean 100grams of carbs (nowadays 300g-400g are the norm lol)
personally I do 50grams and try to cut on carbs when I don't diet

also ofc I eat high carb food from time to time, it doesn't mean that you are strict asf, just try your best

ive been doing it for like two years and i feel great

sometimes eat two meals in a six hour window but most days i just eat one meal

the not sustainable meme is just because people are addicted to carbs and sweet treats and dont have the discipline to keep eating clean

theres no physiological reason why you ever need to consume a single gram of carbohydrate for your whole life in terms of health and longevity

sometimes eat two meals in a six hour window but most days i just eat one meal

the not sustainable meme is just because people are addicted to carbs and sweet treats and dont have the discipline to keep eating clean

i had really bad gut issues; IBS type stuff, food intolerances, etc

did a combination of fasting and carnivore to cure myself

omad/short window IF just makes me feel better in general, lower inflammation, clearer mind

havent noticed any benefits in terms of gains

Yeah I have IBS too
I started OMAD winter but when quarantine started I started doing it on and off
Back on it now
I have noticed increased energy from it but I can easily tell it’s from nonephereine because it’s like a I have to do something all the time kind of high

I know you already stated but can you tell me more about the clearer mind stuff?
and do you notice any changes in the way your body reacts to food now?
If I eat a big bowl of pasta on this diet I vomit every time

I just feel mentally much clearer when im in ketosis
better memory, more focus

You shouldnt be eating pasta, if you have gut issues step one should be cutting out all grains/nuts/seeds
