Teeth whiting 2:

Carbamide Peroxide:

Length:

1 hour per session every day for 14 days straight no rest days. Anything under 20 minutes will give ass results and anything over 1 hour is a waste. Wait at least 6 months before next cycle

How it works:

The gel sits in the tray on your teeth and bleaches them over time. It is the safer and less painful option of the two peroxide methods. If 20% is too sensitive for you go to 10%. If after first cycle you want even better results move up to 44%, use remineralizing gel after every single session to keep away dryness and reduce pain in the days after treatment

Hydrogen Peroxide:

How long:

1 hour per session every day for 14 days straight, MAKE SURE to wait at 6 months before next cycle

How it works:

3x more powerful than carbamide peroxide at the same percentage strength. It works faster and becomes even stronger when paired with an LED light. Move to this if you have already tried 44% carbamide peroxide and still want better results. High strength use can cause permanent enamel damage so be careful bhai, remineralizing gel after every session as well.

Oil Pulling:

How long:

Start at 5-10 minutes daily and slowly build your way up to 30 minutes - 1 hour per day. After a couple of weeks you should start noticing results

How it works:

Take a fingertip full of coconut oil, put it in your mouth and swish it around. It will taste like shit ass at first but it lose its flavor over time. The lauric acid in coconut oil has anti microbial properties that fight bacteria, never spit in the sink it will clog it spit outside or some shit idk.

Dental Veneers:

How long:

Permanent.

Cost:

Veneers typically range from $1000 - $2,500 per tooth. A full set covering all visible teeth can cost anywhere from $11,000 - $40,000+ (insanely dependent on the dentist and location)

How it works:

Dental veneers also called are wafer thin shells of tooth colored material that are bonded directly to the front surface of your teeth. They can change the color, shape, size or length of your teeth giving you a completely new smile. This is the most drastic and permanent option of all the methods. Keep in mind that veneers are generally not covered by insurance boyos.

And also strengthen your enamel idiot:

Get calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin A, Vitamin C either through food or supplements
