1. Will a removable marpe give me the same effect as the actual marpe, its very difficult to find orthodontists that provide the normal thing in my country
2. should I get marpe before getting a nose job? my nose is already a little wide im scared it might widen it more

What is removable MARPE, marpe is screwed in the the bone. It can’t be removed like the way you’re thinking about. You a propably referring to removable palate expanders which don’t give the same affect
