2 week mt1 results

Protocol:

Experimented with 0.25mg-1mg daily,
Used 0.5mg daily almost all 14 days (didn’t pin at all last 3 days, couldn’t)

Tanned for maybe 1 hour total and otherwise just normal life activities, in a low UV area

I got super red and sunburnt often before; attached below are before and after

Once I get to desired level of tan I’ll probably do like 0.5mg eod? Idrk how mt1 dosing works but 0.5mg daily has worked well for me (before bed)

I feel like mt2 is wasted if youre not utilizing tanning beds. Why bother dealing with the horrendous side effects of mt2 if your way of tanning is just walking around doing regular activities
