2 week reta?

I’m going to a festival in a couple of weeks, and I want to get a little lean before it, so I can pull some hot chicks. But if I’m trying to get a little more lean look and get a tighter looking face, will I see any slight changes in 2 weeks, or is it just a waste?
 
not that much, try to debloat as much as possible.

you could lose alot in 2 weeks but in reality you need to already be at an okay bf % rn

No. You will lose all of the water weight in 2 weeks, your face may look a bit leaner but that's it.

depends on what calorie defecit you are, ive lost noticable amounts of fat during 2 weeks and ofc water too but probably 2kg fat atleast

Stop with the hypotheticals and just use it, your not exactly going to get fatter are you?

Then yeah totally. Drink more water on the mild-cut though to prevent facial bloating. Since most of your water comes from food, and if you're in that much of a deficit you might be less hydrated. Also anecdotal, and I have high BMI lol so maybe it'll be different for you.

If you're looking to get to a very lean BF, I wouldn't be against the idea of you taking DNP with ancillaries to cut better in the future. I can't recommend it to minors though, maybe once you're 18, but it is very effective. I have a thread I can link if you're curious on my experience. Don't take it anytime soon tho, your face would look like shit anyways from bloating bc you retain a lot of water during the cycle.

It's most effective from maybe 15 to 8% bodyfat. Especially for stubborn to remove fat. I would never go any lower of a % unless you're 2 weeks out of a competition lol.
 
Reta over 2 weeks is not really worth it, just starve max
