my skl starts in a 2 weeks. ive been going to the gym and fixed my diet and sleep since the last month. i want to do some final touches to ascend as much as possible in these 2 weeks. any non-cope methods?

my skin is already really clear almost glass skin. 6'2 and diet and sleep are all very good.

im not expecting to turn adam in 2 weeks but i just wanna improve by atleast 5%. any good tricks or techniques?
