Completely relaxed face, 20 6’2/ 187cm.
Photo taken straight on, in regular lighting. just finished a 12hr shift so very drained.
Not participated in looksmaxxing previously but looking to improve my face. When tired, my left eyelid tends to close a touch more than my right, however this is only due to an injury sustained, a surgery/skin graft would be available to me no problem.

good angulatirty lwky problem is your midface is so long that even more width would suit you maybe try gonion filler and zygo fille (might be uncanny because those are alr pretty big maybe get filler combined with more bodyfat) the eylid exposure is brutal but u alr wrote abt that hltn

Yeah ive been on Elvanse & lost 12kg, most coming from upper body/face so I completely understand the slim midface comment. The eyelid isn’t noticeable during the day it only seems to be once I’m home & fully relaxed. Should i try regain width to my face or straight away sort the eye problems out?

I cut my eye on barbed wire when I was 17, I’ve been to NHS about it, and the surgery they’d offer is just a skin graft as it’s because I didn’t receive proper stitches afterwards.

If it was to need surgery to fix properly, I’d just go private for it.

you have a very long midface but it doesnt look too bad on you
