20% bf still growing (scared that if i cut less nutrition would = stump in height) what do i do?

genuinely lost and don't know what to do. i don't want to be this big either

not hungry usually, i've gone days without eating. i used to force myself because i thought if i ate more my body would have more to build up on in terms of height.

i was malnutritioned as a kid and was consistently in the bottom 6th percentile for weight in terms of my height, so i think i was overcompensating
 
No bro, calorie deficit, just find your maintenance cals and eat 2-300 cals less than that
how do you calculate calories easily? especially if you only eat home cooked meals? also do i just find my maintenance cals thru a calculator online?

With home cooked meals, try to guess, but track your weight by weighing in once a day, find the weekly average and see if your down from that

i'm 141 lbs 5'7 (height is brutal will be getting LLS soon, which is why i was concerned about getting nutrition)

if you had to guess what should my weight be once i'm done cutting?

max out proteins depending on bodyweight probalby 160-200g is the key to not loosing muscle while cutting. everything else that you think may impact your growth and think youre not getting enough of you can supplement or inject

Cut all the way to 114lb lowest at approx 10% body fat

used to blast gh, was a struggle to get it and was probably injecting toilet water instead.

also how is everyone able to measure calories to that exact marker? 160-200g? how am i supposed to measure that, is it purely guessing?

should i go on a carnivore diet? or is it unhealthy

Height is 5'9 (cooked)

Dexa isn't necessary, expensive for no reason.. I paid $246 for mine
Not a specific diet, I had a food plan though, and ate the same thing every day for 4 months

5'9 + 4 inches (LLS) = 6'1

yeah i don't think i'd pay that amount honestly, i'd rather just get an educated guess from an online calc.

did you make the food plan yourself? if so, do you remember how you made it?

Body fat isn't really important to know, just base the cut on visuals, stop when you are happy with the visual - maybe get a coach

My coach made a meal plan for me, but if you use TDEE Calculator, then ask GPT to make a meal plan 2-300 cals less than your maintenance, and keep the meal plan simple, then you'll be gucci

just use calorie trackers and weigh everything bro. theres a reason nutrition labels exist
