With home cooked meals, try to guess, but track your weight by weighing in once a day, find the weekly average and see if your down from that

Cut all the way to 114lb lowest at approx 10% body fat

should i do a dexa? or are the online calc ones sufficient? i was thinking about getting a dexascan this morning, didn't look at the prices yet.

Not a specific diet, I had a food plan though, and ate the same thing every day for 4 months

yeah i don't think i'd pay that amount honestly, i'd rather just get an educated guess from an online calc.

bet tysmBody fat isn't really important to know, just base the cut on visuals, stop when you are happy with the visual - maybe get a coach
My coach made a meal plan for me, but if you use TDEE Calculator, then ask GPT to make a meal plan 2-300 cals less than your maintenance, and keep the meal plan simple, then you'll be gucci
