As for an answer to your question if your planned deficit is greater than 500 calories or so and you a natural while additionally having a few months to years under the belt, you won't gain much of if any lean mass, though unless you do a retarded cut for super long the opposite is also true, losing muscle is a meme

Also for the nigga above me who recommended DNP that'd unironically be an option (at a much lower dose, even split dosing 1G is ridiculous) if you don't mind hindrance sides for a few weeks (at a reasonable dose your biggest worry would be an underlying heart problem, if you have an irregular beat or high RHR give up on the compound), doesn't shut down hormones and would allow you to eat your maintenence if not a 500 surplus and still lose a few pounds
