yes but the difference between a 120 iq senior SWE and a 145+ iq one is that the 120 iq one is decently competitive among his peers and he has to work very hard on his career staying competitive while the 145+ iqchad one can fuck off and just brainmog all of them and do the same amount of work that they spent an entire day of brainfarts and rewrites in like 2 hours and it ends up being better and then people just hire them because theyre so efficient and throw money at them.

yeah im not discounting that they are effective but the side effects of being alienated from most of society cause of severely high IQ (woman prefer 90 IQ retards and 130+ iq people are more likely to be virgins), i would rather get ahead with a fairly above average IQ and insane willpower and discipline which to me def has less side effects than being high IQ, also most geniuses didn't have much going for them outside of their field

well see again this is like I said theres a difference here between exceptionally smart people and geniuses, geniuses tend to be more social then above average smart people I would say. Like as you get smarter you get less and less and less social but then when you get to a certain level socializing goes way up because of competitions, networking, businesses, and also geniuses tend to be able to read people well. Not to mention someone at 130iq is going to be alienated because they spend all their time focusing on their passion but someone with 145+ iq wont even need to dedicate that time so they spend the rest of their time partying and shit. But yeah I wont deny that the communication gap at 145+ IQ would likely be so ridiculously severe that you might aswell be autistic, but being high IQ you could atleast develop a mask and most likely one that is significantly more charismatic and entertaining then an average individuals personality.

i can see where your coming from and for me i agree somewhat with the masking part (autist with 120+ and above avg IQ helps with masking to a degree) but my experience with most 140+ people is that they are mostly autistic and only focus on their passion with only some time being put into their future career and with most historical geniuses being like this (Nietzsche, ted k and anyone similar to them)

yeah but then think about it, now unskilled workers can go work in comfortable remote desk jobs from home, desk jockies could now go become managers and actual sought after talent in their field, salary slaves could go on to start their own businesses by coming up with something extremely genius and revolutionary and so on. Its like asking if you would rather have a really low inhib social juggernaut charismatic personality or be 3 points higher on the looks scale.
