I know that a lot of this is cope but better cope than do nothing
Eye area:
-For eyebrows I will be using castor oil as well as microneedling
-For eyelashes I will just apply castor oil
-Volufilline for undereyes and area above my eyes
-Caffeine serum for undereyes
Skincare:
-Starting 0.025% tretinoin from indiamart then I have 0.05 and also tazarotene 0.1% to use as my skin gets used to the retinoids
-Topical GHK-CU w/ microneedling
Coloring:
-2-3 tan-luxe tanning drops. Small amount to avoid being a donaldtrumpcel. Use when needed
-Eyedrops
-Castor Oil makes eyebrows slightly darker which contrasts my blond hair
-Pink Vaseline
Bones:
-Bonesmashing brow ridge, infraorbitals, cheekbones, zygos, and mandible on the front
-Doing this max once per day but at least twice a week
Getting CCW rotation:
-Thumbpulling 2-3 min a day at least 8 times a day
-Frontloading chin strap while I sleep
-Chewing mastic gum
-Towel method doing 5 sets of 5 seconds
Before going out:
-Icing infras and cheeks to de puff
-Make up on infras and using light colored make up above zygomatic arch to fraud bigger bones
Framemaxing:
-Gym 3 days a week doing PPL
-Swimming 4 days a week
Diet:
-I’m trying to do primal diet as much as possible but my brainwashed parents are telling me that somehow restaurant steak tartare is different than the meat I order from a farm
Sleep:
-Blue light glasses 2 hours before bed
-No eating 1.5 hours before bed
-Consistent bedtime
-Mouth taping
