your shaving job messed up ur skin but thats w/e, the nose, the browridge projection and the zygos are your biggest failos. you have a good hairline and NCT is whatever with that eyecolor. the problem is the lack of bonemass in most areas of your face. your ramus is long so thats ideal and gonial angle is good enough to where its not really a failo. your upper lip is also slightly too small.

This. Op has low bone mass problem like most slav males. He also said he doesn't like longer hair on the sides - a bad sign, means your face is weak

negative canthal tilt, yours is slightly unideal but no actual person would realize it. most of these things are fixed by implants. but if I were you knowing youre getting the septoplasty soon (which is a big failo) you dont need most of them ngl. after septo id assume youd be scratching low htn, but still in high mtn. you could ofc still do them but it would probably ruin your harmony, unless its a good surgeon ofcourse.

Your side is great. Fix the eye area and maybe some Rhino and you're solid. Also you seem prone to bloating kinda.

Prob due to currently having two bacteriaa in gut one i had for 3 months getting that currently figured out causes bloating so yeah

I have a full on routine when i got my proscedures (sorry for bad english im german) done gut fixed and so on i will update already look better then here probably includinf surgery invisalign etc i will need like 4-5 months for my final looksmax

Btw u would look better if u had bigger lips with more under eye fat and bigger zygos

Soo in overall

Bigger lips + bigger zygos (cause of your big jaw zygos look small) + eye fat + debloat
That all can be softmaxxed

About harmax Id recommend rhino and canthoplasty
