Weight loss is going well. Slow but constant progress. Muscle look deflated, strength has gone down but muscle defintion is better. Mt best tips for weight loss are to drink lots of water, walk a lot and when having cravings eat the healthier version of those snacks like diet soda instead of regular soda, air frier wings instead of regular chicken wing. Low fat ice cream etc you can save hundreds of calories by doing this. I still have a long way to go to but I'm am getting there @Always Stay You @Dominicoon @sportsmogger

Also one more thing I forgot to mention is do not cut down carbs completely you'll feel like fucking shit if you do that. My lifts suffered a lot on no carbs, I always felt low energy and weak. Carbs are important

Don't go overkill like that it's not sustainable even I tried to do that when I first started cutting. Starved myself and did a shit ton of exercise but its pointless mental torture. Taking it sloe is better long term.

185cm 60kg :feelswhy:
Idk how you niggas are this leanmaxxed. I was your weight in literally 9th grade provided I have always been thr chubby kid and gain fat easily but still damn.

Haitian cannibals now have 210 pounds of sweet, succulent jason Voorhees meat to feast on. Their stomachs are rumbling and their mouth is watering right about now.

I actually felt very good on keto. I do agree that carbs are needed but my experience on the keto diet made me feel very good but I always looked a little smaller in terms of muscle size. I did it for around 5 months consistently. I’m glad your weight loss is going good. What is your height again? I remember you being tall like above 6 foot.

Yes 6''1. I've tried keto too but it's just not for me. It's expensive, time consuming and hard to sustain. My lifts suffered on keto. Keto is good for weightloss etc but for strength training that I do it is not ideal.

Yes I do agree. You have good stats. My lifts didn’t really suffer doing keto but I noticed I just looked “deflated” 24/7. I actually felt very good on the diet though.

False. Not a single gram of exogenous carbohydrates are required for humans.

Why tf did I feel so weak without carbs then?
1. You didn’t eat raw meat and animal fat only.

2. You didn’t eat only 1 time a day.

3. You didn’t go raw carnivore for 6+ months.

All exogenous carbohydrates are toxic.

Don't listen to the Idiots telling you to eat raw meat, their asses don't even exercise because it's not "natural", they just eat raw meat and rot on this forum
