21M, rating and advice pls

Posted it on looksmaxxing thinking I was on looksmax.org

My surgeon recommends upper jaw surgery (doesn't like the idea of bimax or ccw) because of my class III malocclusion (underbite) in a couple years after braces. I'm starting to do skincare more regularly.
I want to softmaxx and hardmaxx if needed, so please tell me what you see. Suggestions so far were a new haircut, Le fort I, jaw angle implants, brows and lashes fixed.

You sure? The consensus seems to be lltn right now. My poor maxilla probably contributes to that, so I'm hoping to reach mtn with jaw surgery
