Title: 21M – What hardmaxes would actually make the biggest difference? (be honest)

Stats:
- Age: 21
- Height: 5’6
- Weight: ~150 lbs
- BF%: ~14–16% (cutting to ~10%)
- Lifting: Yes (consistent)

Goal:
Maximize facial aesthetics and overall harmony. Looking for highest impact changes, not minor tweaks.

Concerns (be objective):
- Midface seems flat / lacking projection
- Under-eye / orbital area (possible negative vector)
- Eye area looks less supported / slightly tired
- Unsure about lower third balance vs rest of face

What I’m trying to figure out:
- What hardmaxes would give the biggest visual improvement for me
- What should be prioritized first vs later
- Whether the issue is mostly midface, orbital, jaw, or overall structure

Open to anything besides limb lengthening (not limiting to one approach):
- Implants (infraorbital/malar, chin, etc.)
- Orthognathic (bimax?)
- Blepharoplasty / fat repositioning
- Anything else high ROI

What I want from you:
- Honest breakdown of my weak points
- Rank the best procedures by ROI for MY face
- What you’d do first if you were me
- Anything that’s overrated / not worth it

Not looking for validation — just the most effective path to improve.
