22 , lost and not happy with self

my first time posting on here so i’m not too sure how it works. i just wanted some life and looksmax advice for myself and those alike who are struggling with mental health , confidence and self improvement. i dont consider myself to be an unattractive guy i just know i can always improve and seek help from those who have some advice . im 6’ mexican on accutane . my skin complexion isnt the best and i get horrible acne. dont know what to do with hair and style.
