I ended up having a botched nose job.
it’s their job to make u feel as if everything went good even if you got fucked.

I don't know how to tell you this, but they're not at the same angle. The top guy has fucking crazy midfacial depth. They're good results, but these guys have crazy base for jaw surgery.

The top guy the surgeon said "hey bro look down and face to the right of you while I take this photo", and then afterward he was like "ok now turn to the left and look upward. And it tricks people who aren't familiar with those perspectives of human faces.

Don't get me wrong, top guy is like hall of fame jaw surgery, but it was only because his face could support huge ass movements and loads of volume added to his jaw and his facial depth is like Chad level elite dude guy. His maxillary tripod is like aesthetic as fuck even before surgery, if you can compartmentalise guy's faces like that. Maxillary tripod is the distance between the frontonasal suture and the LOR. It a foregone conclusion if your maxilla has an amazing shape that jaw surgery can benefit you.
