24yo 5-7 manlet, is there a way to heightmax?

Hello everyone,
so as the title says im doomed to the standard manlet height of 5'7. I think my height is my number one failo, lack of jaw follows, and if only i could gain an inch or two through any type of heightmaxxing technique such as spinemaxing and others that im not aware of i would be extremely satisfied and happy with myself, since the other option is rope.
So yea, is spinemaxing even legit?

Spinemaxing is too much effort for negligible difference (1 cm max) so by itself it is useless
It is not legit. My recommendation would be by 2.5-3 inch elevator shoes (advertised height) which will make you look closer to 5'8.5" or so

Or get LL or do both, or do spinemaxing along with it for maximum gain

I think spinemaxxing is not cope depending on how compressed the spine is.

My spine should be super compressed, I have always lead a super sedentary lifestyle, i have 15k hours in World of Warcraft and spent my life sitting either at a school desk or in front of a keyboard. But are there any proof of spinemaxing working?

I'm 23 years old ..only 1 inch taller than you i.e. 5.8 (173 cm) ..maybe it's a way for me to lifefuel cope myself ..but i have been reading stories on reddit where people grew well into their late 20s and 30s even after their growth plates locked ....also there is this sarm called mk 677 which makes you grow tall ..i have ordered and I'm gonna use them continuously till atleast 28 ..i can't just give up ...I'm also doing my stretchings ...

No, bodybuilders take HGH at 30 and most don't get much side effects.

U can try low-medium doses.

Mk677 produces hgh,hgh injections produces hgh.
Hgh converts to igf1 in the liver,igf1 makes us grow

Igf1 lr3 gives direct igf1.

If u can spend 100-200$ per month it would be enough

Hgh at 24 will only give you acromegaly and make your bones thicker.

Bodybuilders take copious doses of gh and never grow

Can you use yearly though? I thought mk could only be done in cycles like 8 weeks? I also worry since I will be getting many procedures done(laser resurfacing) if taking mk 677 and glucasomine etc will make my healing poor and I will be left with scarring?

No you are right ..you have to use them in cycles ..so you can either use 1 month then break for a month and go on like this a whole year ..or you use the first 5-6 months then break for the next 6-7months .

There are instances of people growing as let as in their late 20s..but there's no point in giving up if you don't even try ..I'll legit kill myself if I dont reach 5.10 ..life at 5.8 is just not worth it. .

Even if u blast mk677,take p6p or p5p in mega dose to decrease the prolactin spiked by mk677.
Also take berberine 1-1.5 g per day to decrease the rise in blood sugar caused by mk677 so u don't get diabetes

At least take mk677 25mg per day and megadose p5p or p6p form of vitamin B6 to reduce the prolactin spiked by mk677.

And take berberine 1-1.5 g per day so u don't get diabetes.



And u can take glucosamine it can give u 0.5-1 inch

2-3 months on then
1/2 -1 month off and then repeat this cycle for 1-1.5 years
