That clavicle part of the shoulder is largely genetic. That's why you see all these gym guys that workout like crazy and murder their side lats with SLOPED shoulders and it looks ugly af.
The Black Pill in the shoulder the hip ratio is some guys won't have even average clavicles and so even when they workout it just slopes downwards and looks shit.
