Im getting right now around 2500mg of cholesterol mostly from eggs and meat in my diet.

I will report if it actually increases testosterone or theres any difference after 2-3 weeks.

Your body needs cholesterol to make testosterone.

Anyone tried to cholesterol max before?

I eat a so much saturated fat and a lot of egg yolks to have mogger test leveles and very low body fat (cholesterol kills appetite ) for few months and its great.

I'm 500% over the daily recommended limited for saturated fat due to the amount of yogurt I eat.

you are combining it with anti-oxidants right?
high cholesterol isn't wrong but I do now believe that if it isn't paired with anti-oxidants you're gonna be feeling bad in the long run.
just from what i know.

I eat 15-20 eggs a day, that’s 3-4 grams of cholesterol
