3 Ways to Completely Change your Eye-Area (GURANTEED YOU'LL LEARN AT LEAST 1 NEW METHOD)

Thank brotha boutta try all these

Introduction:
This guide will be talking about how to enhance primarily the eye area as well as other features that might affect the eye areas appearance. The content in this guide will include the following methods, reasonings, and results (from personal experience):
  • Eyelidpulling
  • Muscle Training
  • Nasal Stucture

Eyelidpulling:
I'm sure a lot of you guys have probably heard of eyelidpulling, especially those with monolids. In this section I'll be explaining as to why eyelidpulling works, and how it effects your eyes over time.

  • Method: To do eyelidpulling, I recommend letting your eyes steam in the showers being doing this, and also moisturizing your eyes.
    • Pinch the skin on top of your nasal bone, finding the area that pulls your face the most as you squeeze your eyes shut. Do this for 500 reps each day.
    • Without contracting the muscles on your forehead, put both of your medial fingers on your medial canthus respectively and index ringer near your orbital plate, squeezing both outwards while blinking. Do this for 500 reps each day.
    • Finally, stick both fingers inside your nostrils, pulling your nose out as much as you can, while squinting and looking up. Do this for 500 reps each day.
  • Reasoning:
    • The eyelids are skin, made out of collagen and elastin, that make it malleable, this is also how eyelid shape changes in east asians over time, due to outside forces and fact their orbital boxes (in most) are composed differently. Proof of this can also be seen in eyelid tapes changing eyelid shapes in many cases.
  • Result (Personally):
    • Extended medial canthus by 1.5mm
    • Slightly more square eye-shape
    • Slightly less eyelid exposure

Muscle Training:
I'm sure a lot of you guys already know squintmaxxing or blinkmaxxing to train your orbital muscles to give support, however, today's guide won't be talking about that, but the auricularis muscle group.
View attachment 3424396
  • Method: To train the auricularis muscle group, it's similar to the motion of moving your ears or wincing.
    • Raise your eyebrows as high as possible repeatedly for 5x20 sets a day, make sure to completely release the tension on your forehead as possible, and to not overtrain as it can make your frontalis overdeveloped.
    • Wiggle your ears (if you can) for 5x20 sets a day. This is more preferable than raising your eyebrows as it's a more targeted exercise, however if you can't, a simple way to unlock is is to envision yourself tensing the muscles around the ear while blicking/raising your eyebrows to try and stimulate and train motor controls over it.
  • Reasoning:
    • Gives support to the face, pulling it up, similar effect to a face lift. The idea to do this is to extend your PFL, and as your face is being pulled back your skin will cover less of your eyes, therefore making your PFL wider. This all comes from training specifically your auriculas anterior muscle which we discussed how above.
  • Result (Personally):
    • Extended PFL by 3mm
    • ~1-2° angle change in canthal tilt

Nasal Structure:
The nasal shape is what gives shape over time to your medial canthus and eyelid. A projected and high nose will also hide flaws such as close-set eyes, etc. It's also closely tied to your undereye support and orbital box, which is the decider for eye-shape.

  • Method:
  • Reasoning:
    • Mostly explained above but just try pulling the skin and fat around your nose, you'll see the difference in your eyes.
  • Result (Personally):
    • Extended medial canthus by 3.5mm (including eyelidpulling)
    • Compact eye-shape
    • Deeper-set eyes

this is the end of the guide, hope you guys stay consistent!
biggest cope ever :lul:

Are results temporary or permanent? I get nerfed hard by my lack of medial canthus and brutally wide icd

changes in cartilage will be permanent, which mostly influences the medial canthus. skin changes will fade over 2-3 years, some people probably keep it forever though because their skin is malleable and heals some different kinda way

Ok imma try this for a couple months and see how it works. This is my eye area now. Unfortunately my esr is 0.49 whereas my dads is 0.44 and moms is 0.48. And my one eye width apart is terrible despite having slightly above average pfl :(

esr isn't that noticeable tbh, eyes just need to be slightly longer

Is 0.5 mm-1mm realistic to achieve in a month?
a month probably not. 3-6 would be reasonable. it shouldn't be a constant thing on your mind, just do them and the results will come in

Could the holding your nose bridge and blinking method potentially be enhanced by smoking? Since smoking kills collagen.

Obviously collagen is important for a lot of things but theoretically would that be true
