30% - 18% bf

Okay so I have a question, lets say someone was a mtn at 30% bf, if all they did was get down to 18% would they become htn, or js like not have a super noticeable difference?

I honestly don't think anyone should be rated when their fat, how tf I'm I supposed to rate your facial structure if I cant fucking see ur bones

Na ive seen a guy whos fat asf but looked like a mtn just because didn't hold a lot fat in his face, but other than that capped at ltn mostly all look subhuman

idrk how to rate myself well but I don't have any issue getting women and im like 64/6'5 so id say im pretty average looking all in all, and not exactly the most reliable source but I got a face rate by some guy called like wheat waffles and he said I was 5/10:ROFLMAO:

yeahhh, ik it was a stupid question I was js wondering cause I live in the uk rn and im going to Miami in a few months and I wanna know if I should plan to get a fake id to go to clubs or if ill still be too ugly to where thats a waste. if that makes sense :ROFLMAO:
 
Yeah mtn, you are lucky you still look great, if you lower bodyfat you would look Soo much better it's insane

Even 19% you would benefit a lot, you would look unrecognizable at 12% (in a good way)

yeah my goals to get to 19% for my holiday in like 2-3 months and 12% by my birthday in like 7 months
 
also try to get non bubbly diet soda if your having cravings:)
 
yes if they can lose weight from face. Lean face is extremely important. Mtn guys always look bloated. If u are mtn with hollow cheek. Ur features just sucks.

how much water would you recommend daily?
This is the best debloating method that has helped me.

- Drink water
- Sauna
- Run 7-10 minutes
- Skip morning meal
- Eat like one banana as your daily sugar in take.

That is guarantee debloat.

Just eat normally. Dont add extra sugar to your meal. Dont eat more carbs than u need. Dont eat more salt than u need. moderation is the key.

lets say I was to eat 1kg of chicken thighs which are around 200g of protein and 1100 calories, and then a banana and 300 calories of watermelon would that be good?

1kg of thighs is way more than 1.1k calories

u should do breasts instead if possible less fat more protein

nah look bro from this one place they have it with some good macros, like as good as chicken breast, idek how they do it cause normally its way worse macros
