Okay so I have a question, lets say someone was a mtn at 30% bf, if all they did was get down to 18% would they become htn, or js like not have a super noticeable difference?

- Run 7-10 minutes
- Skip morning meal
- Eat like one banana as your daily sugar.

nah look bro from this one place they have it with some good macros, like as good as chicken breast, idek how they do it cause normally its way worse macros1kg of thighs is way more than 1.1k calories
u should do breasts instead if possible less fat more protein
