sorry I didn't do my research after looking into chin fat grafting it actually mogs. For the chin it's better than genioplasty, custom chin implant, and chin filler

In short, the best ROI stack is simply BPC 157 + creatine.
You can add NAC, vit C and GHK Cu to further enhance your results.
Also don’t drink coffee or have high salt / sugar foods for the first 3-4 weeks.

here’s a brief update guys, lost a fair bit of fat, but has made a good improvement around my eye area imo, will be getting a genio in a few months to reduce chin height and have more projection and to partly fix my downgrowth, then a rhino to address my wide alar base and bulbous nose that has a slight droop, I will also be getting mentalis muscle repair to fix my lips as they are quite tight from a previous botched surgery, after that I may consider custom peek implants but we we’ll see how it goes!

there’s some mixed (and weak) evidence showing pregab can actually down regulate VEGF which means less angiogenesis, so less fat survives. Honestly I think you’ll be fine taking it 1 month post op, in fact i’ll probably take some myself around 6 weeks post op, tho im still researching the topic

Mirin, im planning to get supras, infras, and temples with the same guy in August. Curious to see how grafting the chin would work though. If its injected deep into the bone do you get filler type of results? And would it just look puffy vs chiseled?

And what percent of your current results do you expect to retain for your infras. I have similar volume loss in that area to you right now. Do you think it looks good rn mostly cause of swelling or did he put a substantial amount of fat there?
