I don't think it can be called pedo, but I also don't think that all 30 year olds can be aroused by a 15 year old. Many normal people have a psychological barrier that won't allow them to be as aroused by a 15 year old as by, say, a 20 year old. But yes physically she will still be attractive to all ages
