Some days a liter of milk. Besides that I eat whatever, usually fast food, and just limit it to 2000 calories. I only eat once a day. For example I'll sometimes go to Pizza Hut and get a medium pepperoni pan pizza and a bottle of coke and that'll be my food for the day.

Well, there is a lot of subjectivity in ratings.

I do not see how his face is above strong MTN after leanmax tbh... even despite of his great bones.

PS. Also, he has bad forward growth it seems? In 3D, iRL, he will probably never look chadlite without angel skull. Like HTN is cap.

Actually I have a slight underbite which probably means my maxilla is weak.

Just being good looking is very hard without angel skull.

I only know 2 chads with bad forward growth: Patisson and Lundgren

But if you have an even better body, do some small cosmetic work, your SMV can be insane despite somewhat lacking forward growth.

It took about a year but I wasn't consistent until the past few months. I had many cheat days before.

Now I just work out with dumbells and a bench at home. Bench press, tricep extension, pullover, rows, curls, lat raise, shoulder press, weighted situps and squats.
