Future weight loss drug “HU6” (2.4-DNP PRODRUG)

Just why

  • Hmm...
Reactions: Looshmaxxed
HU6
  • Metabolized in the liver to DNP, activating the adenine nucleotide translocase channel for controlled uncoupling — the prodrug step blunts the peak
  • Explicitly designed to avoid rapid absorption and high peak DNP levels, giving a wider therapeutic index
  • Raises resting metabolic rate with no perceived or measured rise in body temperature, and produces fat-selective, muscle-preserving weight loss
  • Still investigational: Phase 2, with trials in MASH, MASLD and HFpEF, ~450 patients dosed so far

Not bad, if u have access sure go for it
