does the vince gironda 36 egg/day diet help with height during puberty

in my mind it should bc increasing test and other hormones like that which would increase height growth

36 eggs a day? That doesn’t seem sustainable. I think you’d grow to hate it after just a few days. Plus, any diet based on a single type of food is unhealthy.
