4 day a week lifting split

This is my split, I just made it and want to know if it can get any better. I hate being in the gym though so im not trying to do like 6 days because that shits annoying. please help and give tips.


MON – FULL BODY
TUE – REST
WED – FULL BODY
THU – REST
FRI – FULL BODY
SAT – FULL BODY
SUN – REST


CHEST
• Incline Cable Press — 2 sets

BACK
• Lat Pulldown — 2 sets

SHOULDERS
• Cable Shoulder Press — 1 set
• Lateral Raise — 1 set
• Rear Delt Fly — 1 set

TRICEPS
• Overhead Cable Extension — 1 set
• Pushdown — 1 set

BICEPS
• Preacher Curl — 1 set
• Bayesian Curl — 1 set

QUADS
• Bulgarian Split Squat — 1 set
• Leg Extension — 1 set

HAMSTRINGS
• Seated Ham Curl — 2 sets

CALVES
• Standing Calf Raise — 2 sets


WEEKLY VOLUME

CHEST → 8 sets
BACK → 8 sets

SHOULDERS → 12 sets
TRICEPS → 8 sets
BICEPS → 8 sets

QUADS → 8 sets
HAMSTRINGS → 8 sets

CALVES → 8 sets
 
do it every other day, not the way you have it structured rn
 
Push
Pull
Lower
Upper

This is what I use

Rest day after Upper
HIIT or a Sport in between Push, Pull and/or Lower
